By downloading the modpack, you automatically agree to the following:

• Nickly Optimized tries to be server-neutral, but you'll have to test that yourself.

• Nickly Optimized removes the third-party server disclaimer, so you automatically agree to it as well:

Caution: Online play is offered by third-party servers that are not owned, operated, or supervised by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. During online play, you may be exposed to unmoderated chat messages or other types of user-generated content that may not be suitable for everyone.

• Nickly Optimized is disabling Mojang telemetry because the data collection is not anonymous and modified game statistics would skew the collected data.

• Nickly Optimized disables mod update checking to avoid confusion or privacy issues.

• In Nickly Optimized, an indicator icon is added to inform players of the chat signing status in the server (whether the server supports Mojang's chat safety features). On servers where chat signing is optional, the modpack opts out of it for the playing user to adhere to the server's intent.

• By installing Nickly Optimized you agree that the modpack author, the mod developers and Mojang provide no warranties for using this modpack, every action you do with it is your own.

• Nickly Optimized does not host any capes or other cosmetics, nor does it encourage users to buy them from any provider. Instead, the modpack prefers free cosmetics, while also giving them options to use any paid cosmetics they've previously obtained from certain providers (Cosmetica, Optifine, MinecraftCapes).

  • As of modpack version for Minecraft 1.21.4, you can add your own cape providers using the Cape Provider mod. Read more

• You can fork Nickly Optimized according to the license. You cannot, however, use the "Nickly Optimized" name or logo to represent your fork (but you can mention that you forked it).

  • Since license violation complaints are processed more quickly on behalf of the author, please report violations on the Discord-server.
